Opera Cream
For over thirty years, this has been our signature cake. This double chocolate chip cake is filled and iced with our rich vanilla opera cream filling. The layers are enrobed with a rich chocolate glaze and decorated with Belgian chocolate shavings. We elegantly garnish the torte with white chocolate buttercream rosettes and hand-cut white chocolate diamonds.

Lemon Blueberry Cake
Our delicate chiffon is filled with fragrant vanilla whipped cream and fresh blueberries which sit atop a layer of house made tart lemon curd. The torte is frosted in fresh lemon buttercream and topped with a layer of lemon curd and a summery flourish.

Hello Frankie Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte
Available 6/12 through Father's Day weekend while supplies last
A Father's Day favorite! It's time to bring back the Hello Frankie, our decadent chocolate peanut butter torte. Dark chocolate cake is layered with light and fluffy peanut butter filling, then iced in our peanut butter buttercream. The cake is then finished off with a chocolate drizzle, homemade buckeyes, and sides enrobed in peanut nibs and chocolate curls.

Carrot Cake
Our carrot cake adheres to what we think is the best version of a classic. Pure and simple, the cake itself is made with fresh carrots. We fill and frost it with our perfect cream cheese frosting while we generously coat the sides with fresh walnuts. Carrot Cake, BonBonerie style!
