From our famous three-tiered afternoon teas to our signature Opera Cream Torte, everything on our menu is of the finest quality and created with care. About the position:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Server. This position is part of the Café Team, which serves elegant lunches and tea service for both dining-in and to-go. We are open 10am-4pm, Monday through Saturday, with private parties on Sundays. This position is for weekends only. We offer 12-15 hours per week and potential applicants should have availability 9am-5pm. Hours may vary depending on seasonality and demand. This is a tipped position and our servers average around $18-$22 per hour.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years experience in a quick service environment
- Experience with tea or coffee a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative
- Positive attitude
- Must LOVE to work with coffee and tea

Kitchen/French Macaron Assistant
About the position:
We are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Assistant. You will be a general assistant in the kitchen. Tasks may include but are not limited to : measuring, scaling recipes, preparing pans, boxing orders, mixing, baking, making fondant decor, chocolate work. Essentially assisting the bakers with any tasks needed as part of the team.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to scale, mix, measure, and extend recipes
- Knowledge of standard commercial kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with “from scratch” baking
- Works well as part of a team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Must LOVE to fine pastries

Cake Decorator (part time)
This position is part of the Decorating Team, which ices and decorates our signature tortes for birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions. Schedule will require availability in the morning on weekdays; seasonal demands may require additional hours. There is opportunity for overtime during peak seasons.
You might be the perfect fit if:
- You have the ability to ice & decorate cakes, including piping & writing in icing
- You have familiarity with fondant, buttercreams, and standard cake decorating tools
- You have knowledge of standard commercial kitchen equipment
- You can measure & extend recipes
