For 25 years our philosophy has always been two fold. First the cake has to taste delicious and second it has to be created with artistry and skill. We use only fresh, pure ingredients. All of our syrups, cakes and fillings are made from scratch right here in our bakery using our original recipes that we constantly refine and update.
